RE Team - Tri Cities Washington (Kennewick, Pasco, Richland)

Hi everyone, myself and three partners are looking to begin investing in the Tri Cities Washington area and need to establish an onsite real estate team (lender, agent, property manager).

Does anyone have any recommendations? Tri Cities posting seem a little light so any pointers would be appreciated.

    @Caleb Benedict there is a great investor facebook group in the tri. Look it up. Very active group.
