Need guidance on a contract for deed in Mississippi.
So a partner of mine did a contract for sale in Mississippi a number of years ago with someone that wanted to purchase a property. The purchaser has not paid on time and is months behind at this point. We need guidance from a skilled attorney as to the correct steps to recover the property. Does anyone have any recommendations on attorney that could provide services in this specified area.
