RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    Mine say application approved I uploaded and ach and w-9 form when I applied,so will I have to upload another one?

    Hi,

    My status says application approved.  My landlord did not want to participate so I was told that the funds would be provided to me and I would in turn give them to the her.  I haven't received and email about uploading any ach information.  How would that email come from so that I can be on the look out for it.  My status has been saying application approved for about a month.

    In have no idea but from.what I was reading last night its a lot of people.waiting to be paid on lady was saying she would be mailed a check because her landlord wouldnt partticipate either

    Applied April 1st,2021. Never recieved emails or anything about what was going on. I got a phone call from someone saying they needed landlords w9 stuff towards end of May. So, I gave them landlord's contact information. Once they recieved that my application changed to under review stayed like that for 2wks, checked it again said under qc review stayed that way for a week, checked again said approved on June 24th,2021. On June 29th said pending 2 different payments  for 5months of rent to my Landlord. I informed my landlord so they could check status on their end. You have to constantly check your MSRAMP account because you never receive emails besides the one i did get in my spam account about it being under review.

    My application has been approved since 6/15 and my status has not changed yet! I called the toll free hot line and they literally will not tell you anything besides “check your online portal for status changes”. It’s really frustrating that it’s taking this long to get paid, and my landlord is trying to evict me despite opting in to receive the money.

    yea i agree..its so frustrating...cause my landlords the same hes starting to lose hope that this is ever actually going to come thru for him to receive all his money i owe for back time rent..i have no where to go are no family to help me an my family out with a place to live so i m starting to panic .I originally applied back  in April and im just now well actually bout a week or so ago its saying approved an i uploaded the ach form an my stats or still sayin app approved.

    After that it's gone say paid then it will go to payment is being processed each one took two days to change on my status

     If your landlord won't participate just go back under your application and upload under additional files upload a letter from your landlord saying they won't participate signed and also upload your ach info

    Dee after it says processing for payment then it will be paid. Mine been saying processing for payment for about a week but we did have the holiday to so maybe tonight my landlord might get it cause we done hit rent time again waiting

    My application is still saying approved. Today makes 3 weeks since it’s been approved, and I’m hoping the status changes soon. I literally have a court summons next Tuesday. I know my landlord can’t evict me, but I’m hoping he can get his money by then so I don’t have to waste my time to present my case in court.

    now its saying payment pending does anyone know how long it takes after that to actually receive payment its been saying payment pending since last wed. an still says the same.  should i be worried? cause its been alot longer than the 2 days.. its been a week saying same thing.

     It just all depends mine went from payment pending to paid but the message at the top is saying payment is being processed so I have no idea

    I think they’re doing updates to their system or something because my status still says approved. But under that, it says payment schedule and a 3 column chart that just says my landlord’s name with the date July 6, the amount being paid out, and the status of the payment. Mines just turned to paid today. It’s not an actual schedule.

    Yea mine did to and then the top went from approved to payment is being processed and I called today and she said it could take up to 4 weeks but then it would be paid that this was the last stage when it says payment being processed so 4 weeks seems like a long time to process a payment but that's what she said.

    I applied april 26th and mine just turned to pending approval today..... does anyone know if i applied on the application back rent from january to april are they going to cover only those months or may, june and july too since I've been waiting on my application to be approved?
