Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi? Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.
I applied 6 weeks ago and haven’t received any funds. The online portal is suppose to help you track the status of your application, but mines still say application submitted after 6 weeks. I tried calling the toll free number and speaking to someone directly. They’re not disclosing any information. Just telling you to use the portal to monitor your application.
I applied for a tenant my app is now saying application pending approval is that a good sign
Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.
My stuff went from batch and then just a couple days ago it went to application has been paid and as of today is says application under review. I’m starting to get frustrated cause it’s starting to be to much. Has anyone had this problem if so what was the outcome?
Mine says batched, it literally changed from recertification received to recertification payment processing then it went to application paid & now it says batched which means my check has been sent out
Allot of people are emailing the governor and getting results I guess the governors off is tired of all the emails and getting on their butts to make them work a little faster I sure hope so this is a slow and crazy system they have whoever invented should be shot
That is a very messed up thing to say sir. I am a Landlord, and I feel frustrated as well with the process, but I will never say anyone needs to be shot. Do you expect governmental assistance to be fast? it NEVER has. At least these people are willing to help us and they are trying. There are probably millions of other people trying to get assistance as well. Get off your butt and work
i called and spoke with a lady friday and she couldnt say anything about my recertification she said they knew NOTHING ???? y have a call center with no answers ????? its been in since september i just want to know y this is taking this long !!!!!!
Excuse me but I have worked since I was 13 years old and I'm 60 and now I'm taking care of a very sick wife and I'm very appreciative of any help I get but with everything going on you would figure they would be a little bit more organized and faster at getting everyone the help they need there are people that are hanging by a threat an they are taking their sweet little help there are some landlords that aren't as patient as you are and the system they have in place sucks you figured with it being the government they would be more efficient they knew from the beginning that there would be a flood of people apps coming in but like the government they probably didn't plan for this and if I offended you then I apologize but they could have come up with a better system then what they have because some people are sitting in the dark and only a few days from being homeless at least you have income coming in
