Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi? Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

Honestly i would Call everyday and constantly email mshomecorp.com when you call ask them to email your processor as well

❄❤It's alright, I will just wait! I can be patient! I already emailed them, It's going on 2 months, so hopefully it changes soon! This Ramp has truly been a blessing & I'm grateful! I just noticed how everybody's constantly saying their recertification came through❤❄

So recertifications are not by RAMP?

I am not sure..... I am sure they are with RAMP. He just told me that he only handles original applications and that I would have to be assigned to a recertif processor and no timeframe. callcenter was nice too

Well I recertified on December 6 and my status now says recertification payment processing. The payment says pending and has a date for January 1 on it

Yes it has been a blessing! Same here. I hope I get approved for the recertification too.

Did the Recertification payment have to go through the same process like last time. Like being batched and sending landlord a penny first etc

@DeMarquita A Brown never went through the penny process but yes it went through the other steps mine says batched still since they paid recertification

Do anyone know why it’s taking the bigger amounts to be paid to the landlords it’s over 2 months since some has been approved

@Tamara Smith…i wondered the same thing. I did find out they send payments over 8k on the second Tuesday of the month. Is your payment processed or pending?
