RAMP/ERA Program in Mississippi

Has anyone applied for funds through the Rental Assistance Program in Mississippi?  Do you know if any of the funds have been disbursed at this point, or what the time line might be.

 Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

    @Stephanie Hernandez, i applied 11/30 and mine went  to under review around 1/11 and hasnt moved since. when did you apply?

    @Kelsey Bradshaw I applied on 12/02 went into review on 1/11 then went to pending approval right after for a few days then went back to in review and been sitting since been about two weeks now

    i dont know whats wrong my tenant application shows it has been paid since on the 11th of Jan but today under the CHECK TENANT STATUS i see this

    Milestone: E-Sign

    Status: Application has been Paid

    and i have been calling to know why i havent gotten the payment in  my direct deposit ever since is anyone experiencing  this too or is this abnormal?

    My landlord told me that they did a 1 cent verification to his bank account to verify that it was open I guess. And that he got the milestone update also but it’s still saying under review. Has anyone else experienced this ?

    I think it gots to be a problem with their system because every one that has been stuck with the same thing from December til now. Mine had went to pending approval for like a hour on the 10th of January and went back to under review and haven’t moved anymore. So IDK what we gonna see next

    @Keke Cooper it seems to be appearing for a lot of us under my landlord it says milestone  e-sign status application under review not sure what it means hopefully some good news soon

    My landlord told me his said the same thing. He also told me that they verified his account I guess to see was it him and was it open for ACH deposit. So I hope it is good news

    @Shari Delgado DID YOU REACH OUT TO YOUR BANK? BECAUSE I DID AND THEY ONLY REFERRED ME TO RAMP/ERA so when you contacted RAMP what was their response

    When I went to the Ramp website earlier this week and it said my tenants' application was denied. This after they were five months behind in rent! But then a penny was deposited to my checking account. I can't imagine why they would have done this unless they were planning to make a bigger deposit.

    IDK….. Mines is still saying under review. So after he told me that, he said he wasn’t gonna issue me a eviction notice. He is gonna give it time to see if it’s gonna chat because I am 6 months behind
