Yes! By tomorrow the application should say “Application in QC review”. My QC review took two days before the status was changed to “Application Approved”.

Here is a breakdown of how the process went for me
12/28 Applied
02/09 Waiting for Approval
02/10 Qc Review
02/11 Processed and Paid messages
02/13 Landlord received test deposits
02/14 Batched
02/18 landlord paid
Status is still reading batched and its never updated to anything else other than what I've stated above . DIdn't wait for message to pop up to recertify because I'm still 4 mos behind in rent being that they only paid 2 mos . I still don't understand how that happened , However I just used a different email to recertify and verify my landlord , New application is now stating Application Submitted with new ID number . I certainly hope this helps someone . Especially those of you that have been waiting a longtime . Oh I almost forgot to mention that I spoke to a representative on 02/17 and she mentioned that depending on what county you live in has played a major part in the process . I don't understand that logic but that's exactly what she said .

@Tasha Mac Thank you so much it was quite a wait but once the ball started rolling it went pretty quick ! Hopefully the recertification process goes just as a smoothly and quick ! Surely you should be hearing something soon I’m not sure what to think about what the rep said about counties but I can’t help to wonder if it’s really true . I live in DeSoto County what County are you in ?
I live in Coahoma County. I also heard if u request a couple of months of back-pay or only a couple of months of prospective pay (future payments), then the process is also faster
@Tasha Mac Sounds about right but I requested 6 mos of back pay and somehow only ended up with 2 payments so I did the recertification for the remaining 4 mos . I wonder if they will pay the 3 mos future payments as well ?
Good luck on your recert. I think they will pay the three additional months. They say it's based on the availability of funds 🤷♀️
@Tasha Mac Thank you so much ! I hope things start moving along for you soon . It's ok if they don't pay the additional months I just hope they're able to assist with the remaining part of the back pay lol

Has anybody been able to get recertified? I submitted my recertification documents and sent the email at the beginning of January and my status still shows application has been paid. Any insight here guys? Thank you 🙃

Can someone tell me how long recertification take I did mine recert almost three months ago and it's just stuck in Application Under Review nothing check and I sent in all my info

@DeMarquita A Brown my status has stuck on Application has been paid for months. I was approved on November 17th, one payment says PROCESSED which is green and the other payment saying pending. November 17th until now nothing has been received. Landlord states no payment has been made...Any suggestions??? Anyone?

I just wanted to post for all those that are still waiting I applied on 1/11/22 and it took 5 weeks for someone to finally review it on 2/21/22 requesting info gave it to them on 2/23 it changed to review app today 2/25 status changed to QC review with a payment schedule posted that showed 3 pending amounts. 1 is to our electric company that was post dated for 2/15 so I'll have to call on that from my understanding it takes longer for the electric 2 for my landlord with today's date 2/25 HOWEVER with that being said about 10 min ago my landlord emailed me to let me know that they received the money and I'm now paid up until June/July. I think they have 1 more payment coming there way. I just checked my account and sure enough it still says QC review but now where my landlord info is the status is green and says processed while the electric still shows pending. My landlord did sign up to participate they had other tenants using assistance that's how I found out about it. I don't know if that is what helped to speed up the process or not. I hope this helps all of you who are still waiting or in limbo it takes a while but they do eventually pay!

It didn’t take long for you at all I’m happy it was a quick process for you but on the other hand for me I applied on 12/02/21 went under review 01/11/22 then went to pending approval same day and stayed like that for about a week then went back to under review and been like that since and can’t seem to get any updates or anything at this point just stuck

I'm sorry you arent having any luck ATM. Maybe mine went through a little quicker because my landlord was already participating in the program... And we were only was behind for the month of Jan at the time I applied didn't realize it would take so long otherwise I would have requested future payments so that was all we requested for was Jan and then they approved us for more. I wish I had better advice to give you. They should give us the email.or extension of the person who sends us the emails then we would always have the same point of contact. Good luck! I hope things work out for you and they update your stuff ASAP.
