Hi BP,
I'm fairly new to BiggerPockets but have lurked around the forums for quite some time now. I've had my license since late August but haven't hung under a broker yet due to some delay. Fortunately today, my company closed on our first rental income property that we will be renovating. I've decided that I want to pursue real estate full-time following graduation of university this year.
With that being said, I need the capability to buy and sell my own properties and would like to hang my license under an established Los Angeles brokerage firm. Please let me know if you can help. Thank You.
Lionsgate real estate group, It really supports its agents, there are no monthly fees, they have a dedicated marketing team and all of your marketing is done for free. Agents tend to receive 2-4 leads a day and they are your leads no other agent will have access to them. They also revenue share with the agents. Give Christen Barley a call.
