Looking for referrals for a CPA in San Diego. I'm a rookie investor, currently house hacking my first property that I bought locally this year. Going forward I will be buying more residential properties out of state. At this point I'm mainly interested in finding someone who can prepare my taxes for tax year 2020 and beyond.     Are you open to working with an accountant remotely?

    I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.

    Looking for recommendations for a CPA familiar with real estate in Southern California. I currently own 2 rentals in San Bernardino and one out of state . I am currently contemplating whether my next step will be to purchase another oos property , or turn my garage into an ADU. I live in San Diego
