Mindset of Investors

Hi BiggerPockets Community!

Question:  I do workshops for investors. I know women only represent 8% of real estate investors, but have a great need to be able to build wealth for their families and businesses.  What topics would be valuable for a Women's Event to keep people engaged and serve different levels of investors?  I want to build some quarterly Women Investor events in Denver this year.
