Grateful for the journey ---every lesson, every connection, every pivot. Growth is not always loud, but it is always happening. Staying focused on vision, execution, and impact. Thank you to everyone moving with integrity and purpose.
I would have to say real growth is typically silent creeping along. There may be spurts that reveal themselves and cause loud excitement to us, but less is seen by others.
Then one also has to look at what we are defining as growth. Is it wisdom, is it experience, is it proceeding in a good direction? Our perception of growth may not be the same as what others perceive.
