Mentorship has been a critical part of my personal and professional journey. I truly believe that we don’t get where we’re going alone — we grow through the people who guide us, challenge us, and believe in us along the way.

One of the best mentors I’ve ever had is Carmel West . Her grace, wisdom, and steady encouragement helped shape me as a leader. She didn’t just tell me what to do — she saw potential in me, challenged me to stretch myself, and supported me as I grew. Carmel helped me hone my leadership skills, and I carry so much of what I learned from her into how I lead today.
