Is it managing projects, cash flow, keeping clients updated, or something else entirely?

@Manuel Ayala, the struggle is always going to be finding the right people. Employees (depending on your business model), property managers, contractors, the city/govt officials, tenants, partners (in the case of joint ventures). The wrong people will cause your business many losses and unfortunately it's hard to trust people nowadays so people screening is so important. But the right people in the right places will make your business do so well.

Thank you @Account Closed, really appreciate the response. And I guess the bigger the team gets the more organized you have to be with all that, how do you handle all of that? Do you keep track of everything or have a more balanced approach?

Something like aivortex.io would be solid if the business requires faster response times for email or text marketing. Business moves fast so its important to respond quickly to inquiries from prospective tenants especially, otherwise they'll go elsewhere. This removes the need for a dedicated VA to respond to inquiries manually right away, which solves some of my problems lol
