Angel, if you are new to investing, in addition to asking questions here, I would recommend joining a local REIA group.

As mentioned start with local real estate groups. This website also provides a ton of great content. The biggest piece of advice I give people is real estate is expensive and requires significant capital. I recommend people continue to learn, but also save up enough money to buy a good property versus any property
