New year's goals, tracking, resolutions etc have always been hard/heavy for me, mostly because I new I wouldn't do them.  Well time will tell but made two key changes last year that I feel set me up for this year well.

1) Managed to be consistent enough over 2+ years to actually start feeling, and identifying as "Successful" in the gym.  started seeing actual results over the long term and it was a key piece slipping into place for me mentally and proving it to myself.

2) got formally diagnosed with ADHD and started getting help with that from an actual professional.  Have started the long road of how that impacts my work in real estate, and my day, and how I can work with myself more.

I'm thinking the bit of confidence/proven ability, plus these new tools might just be the combo I need to actually start checking goals off the list.

in the very least we are least starting the new year with some hope/motivation around goals and growth rather than dread.
