Investors If there’s always a lot of focus on “good deals,” but I’m just as curious about what makes someone a solid, consistent buyer in today’s market. Things like communication, clarity, speed, and follow-through seem just as important as the numbers.
What do you think separates a serious buyer from someone just browsing?
What makes you want to keep working with the same people long term?

I think what separates tire kickers from serious buyers is their criteria and sticking to it. Their buy box being defined means they can jump on a deal or pass if something doesn't fit. A lot of investors are too broad and not defined so they don't ever pursue a deal that comes. Loose criteria means they will look at everything and analyze but never pull the trigger
