Tiny Home Companies in Southern California
Hello, I own a home in Glendale, CA and I'm looking to add a Tiny Home (1bd/1ba) in the backyard. Leaning toward a Prefabricated that is not on wheels. Does anyone have any recommendations? The goal is to rent out our home, and Tiny Home to double the amount we could get.
Does anyone have any experience with this? We would love to do an ADU, but we ideally do not want to spend over $100k. Am I dreaming or is there a way to get this done?
