What's on your bucket list that you haven't booked yet?

I ask this inside our agent cohort sessions and it tells me a lot.

Not about ambition. About clarity.

The bucket list that's nearly empty is usually a sign that someone hasn't given themselves permission to want things yet. The bucket list that's full of unbooked trips and unnamed experiences is usually a sign that someone is using goals as decoration — not direction.

The most useful thing I can do in a goal review session is ask: when are you going? What's the deposit date? What has to be true in your business for that to happen?

Most people haven't asked themselves that question. When they do, it gets real fast.

A bucket list isn't a wish archive. It's a commitment list with dates.
