What My "one thing" has morphed into

Have probably made a post with a similar theme before, but as we all know, simple concepts can change and mean different things to us at different times.

Brandon used to talk about how the literal book "the one thing" was his "one thing", and I thought i understood that at the time, but I had a more recent revelation or perhaps simply a deeper understanding of that concept.

I realized my "one thing" is my relationship with food, or rather my work on my relationship with food.  it was not linear, it was not always "correct" but over 3-4 years, really my entire life but the noticeable progress has been in the last 3-4 years.

I realized that even though this "thing" did not have anything to do with my work or my business, but was something I can lean on as a proven example of where i've made substantial progress, and specifically what was needed for me personally to make that progress.

without realizing it I created a framework for myself in that work, to take to my business and more so give myself real expectations on a personal level of what it takes me mentally to move some of these needles.
