I'm a real estate investor and hard money lender, working with investors and brokers on everything from fix & flips and new construction to bridge, DSCR, and commercial financing.
Rather than jumping on here and just promoting what I do, I’d actually love to hear from the investor community:
What are you struggling with when it comes to financing right now?
