Sobbering advice to be sure. One of the things my mother always mentioned to me was to beware of the "grass is greener" mentality. You become so focused on what is wrong with your current situation that you find a new situation that fixes those issues. You then don't see all the new problems that will arise until you are neck deep in it. a.k.a., your boss is really passive-aggressive so you find a more direct boss, just to have your boss be so direct and in-your-face that it borders on abuse.

Thanks for sharing, I think about this sort of stuff every day as I am only 1-3 months from quitting my 9-5 job to go full time into RE. One day I am scared I will fail and won't be able to cover the bills, the next I can't wait for all the extra free-time to dedicate to my business. I know I will succeed but it takes that leap to prove it to yourself.
