Hi BP community, I’m new to BP. I’m out near Rancho Cucamonga. Currently I work as a lender but I’ve been trying to learn all I can about real estate investing and buy and hold strategies. I just started analyzing deals, but hope to pick up that first deal soon. I hoped to connect with others that are already doing flips and buy and hold/property manage. I don’t know too many people that might be contractors or private lenders, and I don’t know any property managers. Just hoping to network with people that might be of liked minded in the same area.
Hey @Jason Castillo, I am also from Redlands and would be interested in meeting up locally to discuss Real Estate! My wife and I are in Rancho all the time or we can meet up anywhere in the IE. We are headed out to Alabama next month to look at some oos deals.

Hey Jason, looks like I'm a bit behind. I'm from Riverside. Also new to the real estate investing world. I'm actually retired, so I'm a late Bloomer. Better late ten never, right? Anyway, I'm interested in foreclosures, bank owned. I'm looking to actually live in my first find to get FHA financing. To get in with as little as possible since my income is limited. But I like to get together with any of you to pick your brains. I'm primarily interested in buy and hold for rentals.
