I'm looking for my first property soon, I've set my sights on a 2-4plex capable of being FHA'd... how do you guys see the market now/near future? What areas are attractive? I've been looking at Shippan as well as East of Rippowan, but would love to talk to somebody who's active in Stamford.
Hi everybody, I'm also newbie in real estate and looking for properties in Norwalk, Stamford, or Fairfield area (basically along i-95). Currently in the process of buying a condo out of state but would like to buy close to where I live (Wilton). Any suggestions/tips are appreciated.

@Azizbek Rasulov tough market around Fairfield County but I think there is still value to be had if you’re willing/able to be creative. Have you contemplated a renovation and/or new build?
Hi @Peter Anderson I'm all about being creative but I work full time and I'm not too handy so would prefer smth more passive such as turnkey (so renovation is not an option for now). That's why I'm buying condo in Georgia but having a rental property close by has it's own advantages. Once I get more experience, I'd love to build a new building.
