How is the Miami market for wholesaling, I’m starting my wholesale business and just want a heads up and advice! Anything that’s beneficial will be great!

    Very competitive! You need to be fast and have everything lined up to buy and sell fast. Go to as many real estate meetings as you can and network.

    South Florida is full of "wholesalers" who don't own the properties or contracts they try and sell.

    99% of "wholesalers" just mark up MLS listings or send out other peoples deals in daisy chain fashion.
