does anyone know where I could see sewer easements for city of Atlanta properties online?  I've looked at the city GIS maps database but havent found anything there.

You have to go into the City of Atlanta Trinity Pl. building and they'll print a sewer map.  You can also get a survey which should included all recorded easements.
