Good investment areas in SW Atlanta?

Im a out of state wholesaler looking to do some deals in SW Atlanta suburbs. Can anyone recommend areas i should look, places i should stay away from things like that. Thank you in advance.

    @Jesse Krall  Hi Jesse!  I am super familiar with these areas!  I highly recommend Newnan, Stockbridge, McDonough, Jonesboro, and Fairburn areas.  Great market in these areas and wonderful communities!  Good Luck!
