Closing on a 3 Flat in Hermosa... thoughts on the neighborhood?
Hey all,
I bought in Hermosa predicting with the population of folks moving west of Wicker Park due to its high prices. My thoughts are Logan>Humboldt> and hopefully Hermosa. Opinions? Hopefully I made a good decision for my first property!
