There are places I'm still thrilled about investing in our market, but might be time to reevaluate your portfolio. Get a HELOC/Credit Line to take advantage of the future market.
1031 exchange is powerful way to level up location, cash flow, or passive investment especially into multifamily. Definitely some good markets out there for 1031. I am partial to KC :)
