Urgently looking for top property manager in Boston-Allston area

Hi everyone,  

I was informed by my property manager that he is moving to Florida end of September.  I desperately need a property manager who can take over the management of my property.  I have had bad luck in the past and am very cautious. 

I Would very much appreciate it if you guys can recommend a great property manager who you have worked with or have experience with.
