Looking for investor friendly title/escrow co. for Elyria refi

We recently foreclosed on a sfr in Elyria and will be taking on some debt to get it renovated for rental. I'm seeking recommendations for an investor-friendly title company we can engage to handle a title/escrow for a private lender loan we are taking for renovation expenses.
