Oregon NOO Mortgage or Commercial Lender

Hi BP Community,

I'm looking for recommendations on (preferably) Oregon-based mortgage lenders who specialize in NOO mortgage and potentially Commercial lending. I've typically worked with more traditional bigger bank lenders who tend to be a bit more limited in their lending options. I'd like to discuss some cash out refi options and start building a relationship with a lender who can help me as I move from my current portfolio of 4 units on up to more as I grow. Great credit, DTI, and equity. Looking for a lender who does his or her business ethically as well (of course).

Thanks!

Taj

Look into some local mortgage brokerages as well. We typically have referrals for when we can't get it done. All depends on your portfolio and what you want to do with it. Getting a relationship built is key.
