    AC Abstract LLC. The owner is an investor himself and is extremely knowledgeable about the title business. They can definitely help you out.

    @David Weintraub oh man. That’s crazy. They’ve always helped me untangle messy titles and other hard to navigate issues that larger title companies won’t venture in to
