Going to Houston to look at investment opportunities

Hi BP,

Next month I will be going to Houston to look at investment opportunities and I would like to meet some of you that are knowledgeable about the area. I am a buy and hold investor and have several small buildings(3-6 units) and that is my current area of expertise. I would be open to other types of investments(larger apartment buildings up to 30 units, or commercial etc...).
