Based on your Experience, Can you please suggest Investor friendly local banks for Real estate in San Antonio, TX. Trying to find a bank that does blanket loans or portfolio loans and also has construction loan programs.

Broadway Bank has done great for me on investment properties and they can also do double closings for new construction if you're purchasing the lot and then bringing in your own builder/construction crew. Shop rates, once you apply at one place for mortgage loan you have about 45 days to apply anywhere you want and it will be a single credit report inquiry. Many people don't take advantage of this.
Apply for a loan, ask for "loan estimate" docs, apply at another financial institution/bank, literally share the "loan estimate" doc from ALL lenders you'e considering and ask if they can match it or do better. Try Credit Unions as well.
