NO DUPLEX, TRIPLEX, FOURPLEX IN SOME MARKETS IN SAN ANTONIO

Hi All,

One of the markets I am considering is San Antonio (Specifically, Fair Oaks Ranch, Helotes, and North San Antonio -with 78255 zip code). The agent I was talking to said there are no duplex, triplex, or fourplex in those areas. Is this true? If so, why? Do people in those areas prefer to live in SFH?

Thanks,

Jason

@Jason Malabute A lot of municipalities don't zone for small multifamily anymore. Single Family, Mix Use, and Large Multi-Family have been the trend for residential zoning in Texas over the past 20 years in major metro areas.
