Kindly Recommend best NON HOA zipcodes to buy homes for room rentals in DFW area. HOA may be trouble to do room rentals in some locations. We are looking to buy few houses to do room rentals/ corporate rentals/ travel nurse/ other ways.
umm....HOAs are site/development specific. Every single zip code in the entire country allows HOAs. So you have to do the research and find out specifically what house or what buildings have HOAs or not. SFH are a bit more hit and miss....newer dev are more likely to have them than older ones. If its a condo in a building then 99% of them are going to have an HOA.
