    Hello El Paso BP Family,

I am just getting into the Real Estate market here in the city! I am glad I found this forum, but it looks like there aren't too many people from El Paso involved in BP. I have just recently joined the two REI groups on meetup.com and look forward to getting involved with that. If there are any investors, agents, brokers, etc., in the area that look to network, feel free to reach out to me so we can get the ball rolling!

    Thank you all,

    Rudy Munoz III

Good afternoon. I am new to the BP forums. We are investors and currently own two homes in EP. We also own in a couple other places. I am going to check out this REI club as mentioned above. I'm always interested in learning more. We hope to buy another property in the near future however it's not likely to be in EP. Feel free to hollar at me.

Great idea. I want to go too. Can I invite my wife and one or two friends? We want to learn from other investors in the area.

I'm an active investor in the area and would love to meet other's also involved in the real estate industry out here, or interested in becoming an investor.

I'm always looking for new deals and will do my best to help anyone looking for advice.

Hi everyone. This forum is pretty slow right now. Just wanted to say that I'm here. I probably will be making most future investments in New Mexico though.

@Charles Morgan If you're interested, we also have a Las Cruces REI Club Meet-up once a month (first Thursday) that you're welcome to come to! We've got people from El Paso, Deming, and Las Cruces on our email list right now. And by "email list" I mean a list I email details about the meetings too. The group is in its infancy but has grown substantially in the last 3 months. We have a meeting coming up Thursday, July 7, 7-8pm at 205 W Boutz Rd Building 2 in Las Cruces.

Our guest speaker this month is Henry Apodaca with First American Bank and he's going to teach about the underwriting process and about investor relationships with traditional lenders (as per the request of group members). Let me know if you'd like to be on my email list and informed of details of future meetings. Sometimes we do mid-month meet-ups too that are even more informal and on a different day, for those who can't do Thursday nights.

Also, if you know anyone else interested, message me and we can swap email addresses.

    Thanks!

There are quite a few investors in El Paso. Check out the monthly EPIC and REIA meetings. They are great places to meet and network.
