Looking for Tax Accountant Recommendation in Seattle Area

Hello BP Community,

My wife and I just became landlords this year with two properties. I'd like to find a tax accountant in the Seattle area that is well versed in real estate tax laws. Any recommendations?

There are a lot of great CPA's who can work with you remotely as well. @Brandon Hall and @Jake Hottenrott are both CPA's who have their own virtual firms as well.
