Does anyone have any recommendations of Good property mangers for Milwaukee Wisconsin that can handle an 4 and 8 unit building

    Nick Janasik is a great realtor, house flipper, and manages multi families already! Plus he does repairs as well which can really be a money saver!

    @Alexis Zion how has your experience investing in West Allis been?  I own on the northwest side of Milwaukee but West Allis looks like a good opportunity.  Would appreciate any feedback on dealing with the city and the type of tenant you attract.  Thanks!

    Ogden & Company is a great company for property management. They also have other resources like investors, new development, and realtors. Also knowledge and tons of it. I do work here and can speak first hand for all of this. I currently manage a portfolio size of 200 units and am ready to take on more of you would let me. Feel free to look Ogden up on the web.
