I have been looking at a very nice SFR in the Milwaukee suburbs with @William S. on Sunday and found it to be a very interesting opportunity. Based on the price we expected quite a bit of work and to our surprise found it to be in great shape - done and done - inside and out. The only drwaback we could possibly think of was teh lack of a bathroom upstairs. Rents should be around $1,400 and if you are looking for a SFR a little over 100k, but below FMV and with good cash flow this might work for you. Half acre lot, nice setback, XL driveway and 2 car detached garage, 3600 in taxes and 1350 sft with 2 BR upstairs and 1 downstairs.
