Trying to figure out which of these two seems to be better , pro's and con's . Anybody? Based on personal Experience from BP Members...

  I recently had introductory call with CG staff and it is $1250 monthly to start for less experienced investors and cost increases by level. The website info and video testimonials from members seems to be a very good mastermind program they have.

  Just to clarify, this is not Ken McElroys mastermind. His is The Collective Inner Circle and it is $35,000 a year to join. I have learned a lot from Ken over the last ten years but I'm not in the mastermind. Just a follower on youtube.

Kind of like the "Arete Syndicate". They all boast about how selective they are and that they only want the best when in fact they pretty much just want your money. Seeing more of these "syndicates" and "genius" type groups. They all tale pictures around gulfstreams and lambos but look like a frat going to Vegas with a pocket full of roofies.

@George Munoz if you are wholesaling or flipping homes, you should definitely join Collective Genius (CG).
CG is solid, message me for a contact person if you are interested.
I buy large apartment buildings and when I was a member of CG, there was a small group who played in the multi, storage and syndication space so it wasn't a fit for me long term.
Last deal I bought was a 1,000 unit apartment complex.
