Subto, Gator, and Pace

After being in Gator for about a year I joined subto. Pace has built a very impactful community. In my first few weeks I've helped deals happen and even connected some in the free community to who they needed to begin their real eestate journey. Ontop of all that I have gained a lot of knowledge (boatloads more available to learn) and friends some I hope to do lots of deals with as we grow friendships too.

Thank You Pace and everyone in the community that has helped me as well.

I don't know anything about his marketing. I thought his videos were his marketing. Well, anyway, he is pretty clear that he does not do personal training for his fee. He relies on video.

Some people are okay with that, just head knowledge. Some would rather have "one on one" like we and others provide. I guess it's a matter of whether your goal is head knowledge or buying properties.

so you have 1 post in your entire account and thats to talk positive about pace morby's mentorship and then what? yeah okay buddy, this guy looks like a scam to me. Not only his marketing is sketchy as other people in here say but his program is just a group with people talking about random stuff, no value provided and that's my personal experience.

There is certainly value but you won't get an honest review in a public forum on Pace. Also if you are not careful in his group you may shave your head and spend your days at the airport handing out flowers. This guy has as much in common with David Coresh and Jim Jones as he does with David Green or Carlton Sheets.

Probably more so. His followers would probably go out the same way if he told them they could charge 200% while going out.

BTW Jim Jones used flavor aid not kool aid. I always wondered why whoever makes kool aid has allowed that to go on and on.
