philly investor needs help with philadox
whats up BP community im a philly buy and hold investor and im looking for some help. im basically trying to find out how much equity a potential motivated seller has in their property or if they have paid off their mortgage all together. I think i can use the Philadox program on phila.gov has anyone out there used this tool and do they have any tips on using it. thanks guys
