Let's discuss Jerry Norton's Powerflipper 3.0 with a finder's fee of $10,000 for any deal you find them.  I THINK IT'S A SCAM.  If anyone has had success of has had a deal accepted by them where they actually paid them the $10,000 finder fee... please reply to my discussion.  Of if you have ANYTHING to say about Jerry Norton's programs that others should be aware of, please feel free to share.

News Flash! If anyone finds a deal that meet the criteria Jerry is looking for then contact me and I will take it and pay you 10k and you wont even have to pay anything up front. I am sure there are plenty of cash buyers looking for deals at 65% ARV.

    Hi ,

Good morning! I saw your post and wanted to reach out. I recently purchased Jerry Norton's note flipping package, but I'm finding it a bit overwhelming and could really use some guidance.

I'm new to note investing and would be grateful for any assistance you could offer. Perhaps you could share some tips on getting started, or maybe point me towards some helpful resources?

Thanks in advance for your help!

@Lisa Fondant, it looks like this program has inspired several threads right here on BP. Jerry Norton started out right in my backyard. He used to be a regular presenter at one of the local REIAs. I have spoken with him several times. There is no doubt that Jerry has made a lot of money. I would not invest with him nor buy his program.

Note Flipping/brokering is overwhelming "side hussle" and you can quickly get stuck in becoming a "joker broker".  We recommend learning to evaluate assets, determining which one is good and then if you can't afford offering a true buyer the deal plus all the due diligence as added value.  Or you can do Mailers to note holders.

**Disappointing Experience with Jerry Norton's 10K Club**

I signed up for Jerry Norton's 10K Club in December last year, hoping to make a successful investment in real estate. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

    Training and Deal Submission:
It took me a week to understand the training, and I managed to submit my first deal within a month, meeting the criteria. However, the deal was rejected, and I was asked to renegotiate to a much lower price, which was unjustified based on the work needed and comps comparison. Despite this setback, I continued to seek help from the weekly mentorship calls. These calls were supposed to provide guidance, but I rarely got a chance to ask my questions. When I did, the answers were generic and unhelpful, such as "keep trying" and "stick to your market."

    Revised Criteria and Deal Approval:
The revised criteria shared by the mentor made it nearly impossible to submit further deals. The deal prices were set so low that no real estate agent was willing to work with such offers, and wholesalers did not accept the 10-day inspection contingency. After analyzing hundreds of deals, the 90 days passed without any deal approval. When I requested a refund, it was denied, and my access to the program was revoked.

    Lifetime Access and Upselling:
During the webinar (before joining), Jerry Norton promised lifetime access to the 10K program and the Lot Flipper program for free. However, my access was removed after completing 90 days upon requesting a refund, and I did not receive a refund either. Additionally, I started receiving calls from their team about joining their 1-1 mentorship program right from the first week of signing up in the 10K Club, which cost around $12,000. Despite my refusal to enroll, they kept pushing me to join, claiming it would lead to bigger checks. I decided to wait, suspecting the success of the enrolled program, and I'm glad I did, as I could have lost even more money.

    Conclusion:
In my experience, Jerry Norton's 10K Club did not deliver on its promises. The criteria for deal approval were not disclosed upfront, and the program seemed designed to push participants until the refund period expired, leaving them out of pocket. Another thing to be aware of is the upselling of more expensive mentorship programs, where they can make more money. If you're not worried about losing $1,000, you might consider trying it, but otherwise, I recommend staying away. Ultimately, it's crucial to make informed decisions and invest your money wisely.
