Ray Alcorn's Dealmaker's Guide to Commercial Real Estate & Peter Harris's Protege Program

I am looking to get myself educated on commercial real estate investing.  I think I have narrowed it down to two possibles...

Ray Alcorn: Read a number of positive reviews about this program/training, so no disrespect meant.  Has Ray Alcorn's Dealmaker's guide been updated since 2005?  Seems like the last bit of social/blogging from him was mid 2012.  Does anyone have some insight on that?

Peter Harris: Has anyone had experience with Peter Harris or his programs?
