Hi, I was wondering if anyone has had any dealings with The Flip Man as far as mentoring. I've seen a few positive comments on BP about his free advice on Youtube, but I want to know if anyone has ever worked with him.
I know there's a lot of free information here on BP, but I would feel more comfortable with a mentor - someone who I can actually call if I have a question. I'm considering using him as my mentor and was hoping to get feedback if anyone has ever dealt with him. Thanks
I haven't taken his course, but just by watching his videos I find him the most genuine guy compared to other Big time Gurus. He spells it out clearly what he charges and what extra will be charged for coaching. Unlike the other famous gurus they lure you into the bait and later the price tag goes from couple of hundred dollars to $25K - $45K. He doesn't use state-of-the-art technology, pretty basic tools and most of the time its just him explaining. He states clearly what he's good at or having been focusing on.

I actaully JUST got off of the phone with him honestly . He is really down to earth & true to his word. I WILL. Be taking his course actually . And like it was stated before he gives out very needed & useful information & doesn't try n jip you out of your money like the big time guys. Hope this helps!
@Account Closed do you have an update on your experience with the Flip Man? I've just come across his info and I'm wondering about others' experience with his coaching service.
We are investing in the course with Flip Man because this guy is the real deal. So genuine and down to earth. My husband and I recently attended a VERY expensive seminar that wanted even MORE $$$ to complete their course and be on there 'inclusive' list. We have gained more confidence watching Ty's videos than any other source. We are really looking forward to doing a deal with him and learning even more from him.

Now Ben! Let's give Tyrone a chance. He is supposed to specialize in flipping commercial properties. I would like further reviews on his techniques and strategies.
I would not recommend working with Tyrone the Flip Man. I signed up for one of his investment partner deals about 7 years ago and he scammed me for $7,500. it was a contract to invest money in a gold buying store where he promised a nice residual income and profit, however these #s were exaggerated and when it came down to it he gave me the run around to eventually ignoring my emails, calls and texts. I would never do business with this guy or his company ever again, a big scam. No honesty or integrity from him.
I watch his YouTube videos and he seems very genuine and down to earth. He lays it all out for you in detail. He constantly says over and over again that everything that’s in his course are in his videos. He suggests you buy the course of your the type that need it spelled out to you step by step. I like this guy.
Do NOT buy his course. Most of the content he had posted in there was literally just his free videos pasted into his course. I got the unlimited coaching and how to flip apartments/houses package. It totalled $2,000. I asked a bunch of questions and he only ever replied to the last question with one sentence, and it didn't even quite answer it. I eventually asked the dude for a refund and he said he 'No'. The guy scammed me out of money for free content...
this seems to be the case with gurus that promise to be "on-call"...how are new people itching to get into the business when there are so many Gurus' taking advantage of people...it almost seems like you have to be part of a special 'group' to finally get in...
So there seems to be questions on here concerning Tyrone The Flip Man. He is a our Mentor since May 2018. He has over 300 videos for free on You Tube, he will speak with you personally when you call, no recordings, no passing off to anyone else. He went as far as allowing us to visit him from NC and we shadowed him for 3 full days. THE BEST way to learn ever. To this day we still watch the videos. You can watch him live each week on FB and ask questions. Our first deal we made $24,500. We have followed exactly what he has taught. He is real, down to earth and if he doesn't know something, he will tell you. All of this, no matter who we learn from is only as good as what YOU'RE willing to put it in. Ty is more than reasonable with his fees, he will guide you step by step if you need it, he will look at any deal you have and advise you if you so desire. No question is worthless to him. We highly recommend not only watching his 300+ videos, but pay for the personal coaching. Worth every cent. Even after all of our expenses, we put away $$ for income taxes, the course, our trip to visit him, the Bandit signs and all our marketing we still cleared over $15K on that deal. No matter how you spin it, that is a great income for the few amount weeks of work we put in it. How many of you out here make that much for less than 3 weeks work? Don't wait, call him and join.
Has anyone use the Flip man coaching program where you split the first deal...he's running a memorial day special...in which ends at midnight...please reply...asap...
All of the people on Bigger Pockets posting they don't feel comfortable with Flip Man or Ty Tayor. He is real, he does EXACTLY what he says he will do. We've have been following him for about 18 months and done some great deals. And just how many people will put their experiences and knowledge on YouTube for free? He takes HIS time to help educate others whom may be interested. Believe or don't believe, your choice, but he is honest, he shows us so many ways to do this business without all these Gurus wanting money, money, money. Following all the high paid Gurus.... they are the only ones getting rich. Put your money where your mouth is and just follow him. What do you have to lose? But you can gain a lot. It's sad for so many to post such negative things about anyone WITHOUT all the facts.
In our system, we are looking for those people who can buy renovate, and flip 30 homes the year now you will start there. As well as then I educate teach to coach, you enter mentor, train you, and so you get a full free education for me. The way I make my money is one-way equity share on the properties okay, a campaign, a flat fee, and buy him out from us, but most of the time we do equity shares because that's what the clients prefer and I prefer so the end of the day. Here my goal is to get you to the point where you can slip thirty homes a year if you're going to be one or two a year. But in North Carolina contractors are not so good. So you're going to run into a lot of problems on the renovations, so you need someone to mentor that can mentor you and this local, that's our company. If you need any information pm us. Good Luck
I watched his youtube video and it was very informational, I recently purchased his ebook , and wholesaling packages, I haven't seen any reviews on his flip cell phone wholesaling has anyone invested in it. I've looking for a mentor to help me start up my business I'm still on the fench about his wholesaling accelator program.
