CBS News; Money watch recently released an article about some of the more popular real estate TV stars turned Gurus and how their seminars are not what they are cracked up to be.

Some of the Gurus mentioned in the article are:

Scott Yancey from Flipping Vegas.
Tarek and Christina El Moussa from Flip or Flop.
Armando Montelongo from Flip this house.

The author got a few quotes from myself and also gave a nice shout out to BiggerPockets.
