I'm relatively new to Real Estate investing (at least the networking side). I'm looking to attend the REIA meeting in Grapevine TX on 12/27. I received what looked like an ad for free sign up (which I did) My question is do these events cost? I came across info that said they do but this email doesn't say. The cost isnt an issue just would like to be prepared up front. Thank you for any feed back.
It has been my experience that they do cost something. How much depends if you are a member paying dues or you are just an outsider looking in. I would say plan on cost being (depending on what meeting it is) anywhere from $5-$200. If it's a regular montyly meeting plan on not more than $50 unless you sign up to be a member that night.
