Joe Kewish, Kate Anderson and Sean Whalen are 3 names I would go out of my way to look for when dealing with any real estate company... and then avoid them altogether. I did not find them to be trustworthy, reliable or honest. Property23, and therefore these three, mislead, misinformed and misrepresented their company and their services. I was able to turn the deal I made with them into a break even, but absolutely no thanks to them. Steer clear. As far as I can see they are nothing but trouble. Just because Property23 closed (probably after enough people caught onto them) doesn't mean these 3 are gone. Keep an eye out for them and hide your money from them.

Hi Mike, I am fairly new here, sorry to hear about your ordeal. Can you tell me what went wrong? It will be a good lesson for newbies like myself.
Or point me to a link if this was discussed many times before.
After reading articles and doing my due diligence in finding more info on him it's safe to say we need to stay away. Thank you BP for helping me with that research!
