Jerry Norton and Peter Conti...Legit or not?

I recently came across a real estate investor by the name of Jerry Norton and Peter Conti. How legit is their practice if you have an idea about it?

I bit the bullet and bought into to the Deal Genie with Jerry Norton and Peter Conti. The fee you pay is actually to get access to all the training and to be able to submit to the Deal Genie for either Wholesale, or Fix and Flip Riches. The training as compared to other "guru" programs is not much. In order to submit a deal, you have to put in a lot of work and there is no guarantee they will buy it. In fact, out of 15+ deals I've submitted NONE have been purchased by Mentor Financial Group. In my opinion, Sean Terry gives better FREE information.

    I've wondered that myself and thought: If an investor was looking for birddogs why would the birddog have to pay the investor money before they began securing leads for the investor, that the investor would then in turn give the birddog an investor's cut on the profit end???

    Many other investors offer the same deal and it doesn't cost any upfront monies whatsoever.

    I'm assuming that Jerry Norton keep changing the name of his system. Today it's called Power Flipper 3X. Do they even let you know if the property was not bought? Because that is still your property that you found, you can find a buyer.

    @Mary B Good point. If they really want to pay the $10k for leads that we supply. They should not charge the one who is giving the leads.

    Wake up people! All this turkey does is charge you for some "training," so you will be "prepared" when you go out looking for lots for him, but curiously, he buys none or very few of the lots he's sent.  When all the dust settles, and the  person searching is tired and discouraged and gives up, Jerry may not have bought  a single lot, but he's made some money from the training he sold you, which was his main goal from the beginning! These scoundrels are slick and have no shame, but you to learn to wise up to them quicker.

    They are both looking for bird dogs.  I haven't heard of any one saying they will pay a finders fee that truly pays.  They usually go around you and close the deal, if they buy at all. Naturally, he made a cool $1k!

    I've heard from several people that Peter Conti is a scam as well.  I found an article on him and there has never been a success story.  His dream partner program charges you as well.

    This stuff doesn't have to be complicated. Buy a few books, start simple, do your own property managing. That's all.

    I don't recommend either of them. I wouldn't call them scams. They just don't work.

    JERRY NORTON is literally a FLIPPING GENIUS lol (iykyk) He's an Amazing person in my eyes and I know Real Estate. The Amount of information he provides for FREE is literally priceless! Anyone dissing Jerry, or anyone else out there who is genuinely putting in the work and deserves every penny they EARNED - In addition to dropping gems that are unmatched in the industry are either under a rock, or don't know what they're talking about because they haven't put in 2 mins of the work to give the man a chance. I've known about Jerry for YEARS haven't spent one penny and have received a ridiculous amount of value engaging with his content, again for FREE. Currently, this past 2 weeks I've been doing his and Pace's creative fiance series and when I tell you these people are just truly a blessing to the industry it's almost hard to put my gratification into words. The amount of knowledge & information explained and provided is mind boggling honestly. All I can say. IYKYK! Or just stay where you are with that current perspective that keeps you from being in the know. We don't need everybody learning about what Jerry shares with us anyways. ( ;

    I was not looking to say anything negative but the energy is off. Everytime i engage in a product its more unexpected money being required and I just do not like that.

    Good information. Its like the Airbnb that says $20 a night but when you click its $100 cleaning fee.
